Marcus Oh

Marcus is a commercial in-house lawyer in the oil and gas sector with close to two decades of experience advising on a variety of upstream, downstream, and midstream matters across multiple jurisdictions. Prior to this, he practiced with a large Singapore law firm and in Hong Kong with a magic circle British law firm advising financial institutions, private equity firms, and both private and listed corporations on cross-border merger and acquisition deals as well as equity capital markets transactions.

Marcus' experience in the energy sector also includes having advised on anti-bribery & corruption, trade sanctions, and competition issues as they arose in the context of real-world commercial situations and transactions. He has also implemented and conducted similar trade control training for various internal company stakeholders.

Marcus holds a Bachelor of Law Degree from the University of Leeds and is admitted as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore and England and Wales.
