Yee Pheng is a communications specialist with nearly 2 decades of experience across multiple industries including healthcare, plantation and property. She is currently leading the communications portfolio at a Malaysia-based multinational, which represents some of the world’s most admired brands in the heavy equipment and automotive sectors across the Asia Pacific region.

Yee Pheng has led her organisation’s communications response to crises as well as through multiple mergers and acquisition exercises, rebranding initiatives and strategic engagements with various local and international stakeholders. She has also played key roles in the Group's culture transformation and change management efforts, alongside her responsibilities in managing the company’s brand through proactive profiling and protection from reputational risks or damage.

Yee Pheng holds a Bachelor of Law Degree from the University of Leeds and a Master of Arts in Marketing and Advertising from the Leeds University Business School.
